Shona Hoover

Shona has been leading executive administration teams within education for over a decade.

She serves as Director of Operations for one of the largest Christian schools in East Tennessee and is passionate about strategic planning and managing teams with excellence toward a common goal. The mission of Christian education isn't just a job for her but a calling.

Shona lives in East Tennessee with her husband and five children.

Jordy Whetsell

Jordy lends his creativity and innovation to the team through cinematography, photography, website design, and high-end content creation.

Jordy's ability to capture a brand or story is unmatched and his product is elite within the field.

He is owner and operator of Chroma Creative and serves as the Creative Director at Providence Academy in Johnson City, Tennessee, where he lives with his wife and three daughters. 

Jerry Williams

 With over 23 years of Head of School experience, Jerry brings expertise in school leadership, managing people, and the tools to build a strong team. During his tenure as Head of School, Jerry helped start 3 schools in the region, provided ongoing mentorship for new or young Heads of Schools, and conducted board training and strategic planning consultation for various schools throughout the southeast region. 

Mark Koscak

After 20 years in corporate Development, Mark brings his expertise in capital campaigns, fundraising events, and development strategies to help non-profits flourish. 

Mark has experience coaching numerous leaders from Christian schools and ministries both domestically and internationally. 

Mark is committed to lifelong learning and recently recognized as a Colson Fellow. 

He has been married to Beth for 30 years and they have two adult children. 

Jim Fickley

Jim has been a trusted counselor and executive coach in the Southeast, helping leaders thrive for over 30 years. He has also served the local church in various capacities, including as a church planter, worship leader, counselor, and elder.

Jim possesses a unique ability to assist leaders in becoming more self-aware and enhancing their emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being to effectively navigate the ongoing demands of leadership and serve those around them, both at home and at work.

He holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Georgia State University and the Psychological Studies Institute. Interestingly, he also holds an undergraduate degree in Classical and Jazz Piano.

Jim and his wife, Karen, have been happily married for 38 years and are proud parents of four thriving adult children.
